Adding new Staff members is good for all communities -- it's a labour of love, we do it for the fun, the pleasure of seeing things growing up, a nice social climate growing.

OK, this is not possible as #Instagram's API does not support creating media. Unsure about Pixelfed as it is based on Mastodon's API, which does have a way to post a toot with a photo. Will it translate as an image post when attempted with Pixelfed?

I wonder if they were paid to promote those.
It is true that I have to look hard to find alternatives to the main ones.
And when I talk to friends or people I could work with, they don't even think about that, they go straight for these app!
So even though I would love to work with them and promote them, I'm unfortunately reluctant and it is a pity.
And i'm talking about people doing amazing work.
But they never take the importance of this subject on or they say how cumbersome it is or (the worst) they have to make it easy for the "average" people.😯

Hopefully some of the people on the free software foundation libreplanet list will do the same, keep the pressure up on them.

Is there a service that cross posts from #Pixelfed to #Instagram? I'd like to use Pixelfed as my primary posting tool, but also interact with my friends on Instagram. Both accounts are locked.

@globcoco @freemo Yeah but I like things like the Standard Model stuff even though it is hard to really get your head round. But it sets the benchmark that little higher.
Should provoke some interesting discussions at least.
I have a motivation for the Covid 19 stuff to get Code Club back up ASAP for the sake of the people attending at least. Understanding what this isolation is doing to people is important.

Yes, it is on my personal projects list -- as I looked for one and could not find it at all.
I found Niklas's instance I am now a member at, mentioned in his Blog.
Have a ton of Tabs still open from that search -- and found one huge list (ALL the mastodon servers known at this time) which has included the Glitch-Social ones.
I can get these from there, but it will take hours, as the page is very slow loading. But worth it as there's a clear need.
And it should be a popular resource too. 🙂
Niklas posted a list of various GS instances he currently administers; I had posted mentions to muensterland.social, koyu.space and kafuka.me, all GS and where I am a member too.
More to come, I want that list too.

Shoot, I did it again (LP)!
I don't see myself as a writer more as an emotional expressive being 😊!
Living with one that wants to make writing his living, i feel I don't compare.
He loves words, its meaning, how it flows on and he is very careful about choosing ones that really convey what he wants to say.
Also he has this ability to be very concise and I can't wait to see him flourish in it...
As for you my friend, you have your values that comes right out of the pages and your warmth and your humanity...
Some training may be a good thing or not.
As it can also format you and and prevent you from expressing your true self.
But one can actually train in so many forms and something is telling me that it is what you did.
Thanks to you also, I am getting back to the language I love!
I feel blessed.
