PR: "Hey Gaming On Linux check out this game *loads of PR speak*"
Me: "Oh cool, what's the status of Linux and Steam Deck support?"
PR: "We don't support either sorry."
@gamingonlinux with the increasing popularity of Steam Deck I’d say that it will become more and more common to support it. It’s kind of risky not to support what’s become the standard for entry level PC gaming.
@gpowerf Not really, its Proton that makes games work not Steam Deck. Valve didn't make linux better it made developers not care about linux more because they are believing that Proton will do the work.
