I can't help myself being somewhat proud to have had the opportunity to write an article for the Zzap! magazine, even if it's just the Italian edition (which is still official!). It's on this month's issue.

It's about #XCBASIC of course (I already said how much a fanboy of it I am :)

@JJFlash oh man, I need to get back into doing XC=BASIC stuff! 👍

@gpowerf I'm happy you say that! I'm patiently waiting for you to get back to it and see your work! 😀

@JJFlash I started converting some old code to the latest version and then stopped. If only days were 48 hours long. 🤷‍♂️

@gpowerf Oh, absolutely, time is always missing!

At the moment I'm fighting against one of the XCB3 limitations, 96-char strings! Not the best thing for text adventure games, but I'm not giving up yet!

@JJFlash the way stings work now in XCB3 is a million times better already 😄 at least for me and what I do with XCB.

@gpowerf Definitely better, in one way. On the other, in XCB2 you could make 255-char strings. So you gain something and you lose something...

I'm still trying to figure out *why* the change, and if there's a way to hack longer strings into it. Not being an assembly expert doesn't help me, but I like learning as I'm doing 😁
