My latest experiment into learning more about PC-98 art. I managed to transcribe this from a clip taken from the second Project A-Ko OVA. I think it came out well!

@illusionofmana wow! Is that equivalent to EGA? Looks like more colours, or at least a much nicer palette than usually with EGA.
@gpowerf Its 16 colors. Its very similar to EGA, almost as if EGA had a bigger faster brother. Though the PC98s GPUs* could push the resolution slightly more at 640x400 (the res of this piece). It could utilize 16 colors from a master palette of 4096 unlike the 64 EGA was stuck with.

@gpowerf I actually lean mine towards Sega Mega Drive colors to kinda help mute it more lmao. Take the # AABBCC hex code and drop the low nyble
# A0B0C0(, then round all values to odd. # 90B0D0.
