Slackware wasn't the first Linux distro, but it's the oldest still alive and kicking.
I never used Slackware, but a good friend of mine did many a moon ago :) This was a memorable time in my life, and I still remember his desktop. #linux https://www.theregister.com/2023/07/20/slackware_turns_30/?td=rt-3a
@Computeforloot I've been with Debian and derivatives for over 20 years :)
@gpowerf I currently have a MacBook Air set up with Ubuntu and an older MacBook Pro running Mint! I just got the 11” Air running last week
@Computeforloot nice :) I'm currently using Pop!_OS, Ubuntu, and Debian (if you allow me to count Crostini in ChromeOS).
@gpowerf the first Linux distro I ever used was SuSE!!
