Have you changed #mastodon instance since you first joined? How did you go about choosing?

@UncleDuke1969 oMG! I’m doing some late night shopping and now everyone here thinks I’m insane 😂😂😂

@wiredfire @256 having relatively affordable omnidireccional treadmills will be a game changer!

@LauraKT indeed. Having a warm house is a flex now. Let the peasants be cold?

@wiredfire @256 I totally agree. For several gens now gaming has essentially been the same. VR with omnidirectional treadmills is the next big step for me. I’m looking forward to your own fitness level being important when gaming too.

@256 this gen was very exciting. The flip from 2D to 3D was a huge change to what gaming felt like and the sort of things we could experience. This gen was so significant I ended up buying the three consoles in the pic.

@RemeJuan that’s commitment 👍

@governa given everything we know now about how Todd Rogers got his records into Twin Galaxies I’d say that every single early-ish record should be taken with a pinch of salt unless there is solid video evidence.

In fact, even today there’s so much cheating that it is difficult to work out what’s a real record and what was done with a little bit of bending the rules. Heck! At times it can even be difficult to work out what the rules even are!
