This is my fun social media account, I will post a lot of video game stuff (mostly old or cloud gaming) and some work stuff.
If I post an image with no Alt text it is because the image is just there for decoration and doesn't provide any extra meaning to the toot.

xterm is great, but I should probably use a Tektronix 4010-series emulator that supports antialiasing...
...or actual hardware
@vaurorapub “market adjustment”.
@edendestroyer @atomicpoet @nathan he doesn’t want to because he sees it as his duty to protect the users. He stated they are minorities and it doesn’t feel safe to hand the data to someone else.
@atomicpoet just like the old days of Web forums and BBSs. I witnessed one pretty bad meltdown in the past, running online communities is NOT easy!

A reminder that running a website that allows others to speak is incredibly difficult and tends to involve being on the receiving end of all sorts of unfortunate abuse.
This obviously sucks for @nathan , but it is a useful lesson for others as well.
@mmcd my kids had Leapfrog tablets when they were little. They were neat devices.
@rocam54@lor.sh @gadgetoid yeah, absolutely.
@rocam54@lor.sh is the pure definition of convenience!
@gadgetoid @rocam54@lor.sh I was going to make a joke about Poundtown and Prince Andrew but I thought better of it.
@rocam54@lor.sh company names are very restrictive here. I once tried to start a business called WAG Media and the name was rejected because it had negative connotations.
@rocam54@lor.sh Poiundtown is million times better!!!!
@rocam54@lor.sh I'm pretty sure this is a photoshopped Poundland

I am still pleasently surprised that this... just works!
I plug my steamdeck into the same cable I use for my work laptop, and my gaming laptop, and boom, instant multi display work/gaming station!

OK… I’m trying to preload #HogwartsLegacy … this will take a while, half the planet seems to be doing the same as me. #gaming

This is objectively very funny.
Twitter is falling apart. I currently can’t follow anyone or post anything. In the midst of this, Musk had a meeting to find out why his engagement is plummeting.
An engineer looked into the code, found no issues, and speculated it’s because he’s less popular.
Musk fired him on the spot. 👶🏼
