This is a very confusing act of vandalism. Why? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tyne-66952980

@gamingonlinux WOW! I hadn't seen that game before, super impressive :)

@vidaextraretro Este juego me dejó boquiabierto cuando lo vi por primera vez. El movimiento era tan fluido que realmente parecía que el protagonista se movía como un humano, se sentía años por delante de cualquier otra cosa.

@CodingItWrong examples? :)

#ChatGPT is like the modern-day Apple features that the competition has had for a long time, released to the fanfare of a thousand trumpets and the clinking of champagne glasses.

@gamingonlinux what I really hope is that they are able to make enough of them to meet demand. But I am not super hopeful.

@dabbling_duck cool 😎 I think I miss the DOS era more though.

@mikemathia the sheer unashamed pretentiousness of Apple presentation is the best comedy.

NIO has a phone! This is interesting. Huawei has collaborated with SERES to sell the SERES SF5. Now, NIO has its own phone. EV car companies like NIO, XPeng, etc... are more tech companies like Apple than a stuffy car maker like VW, Toyota, or Ford.

I wonder if many people realise that longer term a company like NIO and the other large Chinese EV makers have Apple in their sights, not Ford or VW. I guess we could say the same about Tesla, but Tesla is rather non-functional in many areas. They can't do basic things like delivering some models in RHD form, or delivering the Cybertruck in time, or even producing a car that's not very low quality for the price. NIO or XPeng don't suffer from these issues. https://www.msn.com/en-us/lifestyle/shopping/the-newly-launched-nio-phone-features-a-couple-of-unlikely-design-inspirations/ar-AA1hbxWi
