This is my fun social media account, I will post a lot of video game stuff (mostly old or cloud gaming) and some work stuff.
If I post an image with no Alt text it is because the image is just there for decoration and doesn't provide any extra meaning to the toot.

Not every attempt is successful, this is the attempted fusion between a Silverado and a D-Max.
Car design by #AI. Asking an AI model to create style fusions of different cars in order to create new ideas and starting points for a new design.
Here are some of the cars I just created. #WeirdCarMastodon #mastodoncars

A little-known fact about Mastodon is that when you move your account, it gets put on a truck and then shipped to the new server. Here, for instance, are users employing I-195 to move between servers.

Having looked through the Federated feed, yeah, I’d agree that much of Mastodon’s recent growth is due to bots.
But this isn’t a bad thing. 95% of the bots I see are actually helpful.
For example, sportsbots.xyz is excellent for updates.
It’s pretty obvious to me that this bot-driven growth is due to Elon Musk killing off the free tier for API access.

@SubstackInc@twitter.com Interesting that Musk sees competition as some kind of violent attack and not a part of a healthy economic system.

When I was kid, in TV shows and movies, villains knew they were villains.
We were lied to. In real life, they don't know that. They think they're the heroes, and I suspect that's a part of the problems we're facing.

Xbox Japan ad with Bill Gates (2001). This feels like something made in Midjourney. #RetroAdvertising #Xbox

It's Easter Sunday, a perfect day to play some EGG-themed games! 🥚
Why not start with some British classics, the Dizzy series? 4 of the adventure-platformers made it to IBM PC:
Fantasy World Dizzy (91)
Magicland Dizzy (93)
Dizzy: Prince of the Yolkfolk (93)
Fantastic Dizzy (94)

I’m not a Microsoft fan generally, Windows in particular is a product I deeply dislike. However, Copilot is a master move! I predict that Microsoft’s stranglehold on office work will get even stronger over the coming years. If I were Google I’d be crapping my pants. Even I’m using Bing and Edge!… not Windows mind you, never ever Windows! I’d rather not use computers and eat wild squirrels in the woods than use Windows. #AI #ChatGPT #Microsoft #Copilot

Elon Musk thinks all these companies are so desperate to tweet, but the truth is for most publishers and corporate accounts, Twitter is not a source of any major traffic. No company I’ve ever worked for for literally anything from Twitter but networking and it’s not great at networking. It’s a smoking section in 2023

Realised today that even though i moved my old personal Mastodon to a new server, the old one was still somehow live and getting messages. Sorry if I never replied. That account has been removed. Best way to ask me anything official is always over email.
