#introductions I'm an ecologist with broader interests in #NaturalHistory, #Evolution, #Biodiversity. I care about how we know as well as what we know; #PhilosophyOfScience and #Epistemology matter. My prefered inferential framework is Bayesian hierarchical modeling. I'd rather be outside, but I'm also a computer nerd and a fan of #FOSS. I left Facebook for privacy, but I miss the connections with friends it maintained. Hoping I can convince some of them to join me in the Fediverse.
