@calebhailey I found the Mastodon API really easy to use to make automated postings. I wrote a small utility to post alerts to mastodon using BASH and CURL Code and writeup available at https://github.com/jeff-luszcz/AISTropoAlert

Similarly, the technique could exploit ADS-B (1090MHz) to identify ducting, from sources at altitude.
