@damien it may well be one here too… I’m waiting to hear back from the surveyor to understand why he didn’t see some this. The answer I expect would demonstrate they absolutely knew it was a problem which they didn’t disclose. The survey was very thorough and found some defects from when the house was built but the guy can only report on what he can see hide it and it doesn’t get mentioned.
