I did some depth and environmental surveying in the 90s on northern Lake Huron that was related to nuclear plant siting. I'm not sure how of the overall results, but the area is all new Provincial Parks now.
@johnefrancis Was that with me? Anyway I came to the conclusion that the North Channel was horrible, and the only site was Wesleyville, and Darlington 2, but that site is being taken up by a baby reactor.
@johnefrancis ps. It's so neat how they'll do this without geophysics, like the nuclear waste thing at Bruce, and the Niagara Tunnel to nowhere.
