@hesgen if UK government is anything to go by, the response has been to try to speed up heating the planet so multimillionaires can all become billionaires before they retreat into their bunkers to leave us to drown and or burn.
So yes is had focused the mind but not in a good way. Unclear if the potential replacement hasn't just decided to adopt the same approach.
