The EU response to this should be simple: Tell Apple it will be barred from trading in the EU unless it commits to implementing EU requirements globally.

Will the EU understand it does not require global jurisdiction in order to have global impact? Let’s wait and see.

Almost every galaxy in the local Universe seems to contain a supermassive black hole. There's a direct relationship between the two. Astronomers have wondered if this relationship existed in the Universe's earliest times, just a few hundred million years after the Big Bang.
