I don't say this that often about Microsoft products, but I absolutely love #PowerBI.

After dealing with SAP Business Objects for years, with all its overhead and nonsense, Power BI is just so clean and slick.

I can tear apart a dataset and make it make sense faster than ever before. It has #Python and #R integration. You can import in custom visuals. The #DAX coding is not so bad at all.

It is a wonderful experience so far.

Playing around with #PowerBI for work. Could definite use a good tutorial on the data transformation side, but for now I’ll experiment and see what works.

The best way to start is to outline what business questions you want answers to and work from there. Should be fun.

Busy day today but I was able to spend a good chunk of it working with #PowerBI, transforming and loading my data sets and putting together the visuals that help answer my team’s business questions.
