@hikerfromva Middling. My dogs have developed a habit of needing to go out at 4 AM and then, since it’s closer to breakfast time than dinner, campaigning to Make Breakfast Happen. I’ve learned that I can largely tune it out if I put the pillow over my head, but still a 4 to 6 AM stretch of uninterrupted sleep is really what would make the difference between getting by and thriving.
