@erinnacland I agree. I believe this is due to the fact that there are lot of excellent scientists with great ideas, but limited research funds. The solution to this problem is to increase research funding. We really cannot hair-split the scientific merit of two excellent grants to rank score them. It'll boil down to what you ate for breakfast or how well you slept :ablobsigh:
