Thanks for sharing this. It is an alarming reality that is not looking so good for the future. I presume disinformation spreads because people only listen to what they want to hear and often very difficult to open up to dialogues that require understanding opposing viewpoints. Perhaps early education is key in providing people with the ability to engage in opposing viewpoints in a productive manner and how to evaluate information given to them. Not quite sure how that can be implemented when there is so much disinformation already even in educational systems.
