I spent about 100 hours playing Slay the Spire on Steam two years ago and unlocked everything. Apple Arcade releases Slay the spire+.
Me: “nah this time I won’t play that much”
50 hours later…
Me: “just one more run with the Defect before going to bed”
Damn that game is addictive.
@iPabloSB I love the Defect, lol.
@trinsec One of the best things of the game is how different all characters play. Using the Watcher makes it a completely different game. And as much as I like the watcher, the Defect is specially fun if you manage to get a deck full of Powers and the lightning combos.
@iPabloSB Especially the card that strikes all enemies with lightning. :D
I've played a fair share of card battlers, but even though some were pretty fun they just don't cut it close to Slay the Spire quite somehow.
