I've pretty much degoogled except for gmail. A couple of months ago I told everyone to use another of my email addresses, set the replyto and began sending from it.
Gmail sent it *all* to spam. People using tbird never saw it and most ppl don't ck spam anyhow. dkim, spf, blah blah, nothing wrong with it, BUT the mx records are at Zoho - a rival.
A friend just moved to tutanota - now all my mail gets through!
Google are right bastards. "Do nothing except evil."
I've had problems recently with emails reaching Gmail accounts!
In my opinion Google is actually a greater threat to democracy than Facebook!
@iankenway Thanks so much for noticing and replying my post Ian. Just adds that extra bit of confirmation to an evolving theory.
Misery loves company ;-)
