@arteteco I find it difficult to work on a laptop for more than about 2.5 hours. Often I need to take a rest between sessions. However. I could garden for most of the day. without complaint. Yes, eventually I end up feeling tired, but in a good and positive way, despite the graft. I think there are an number of issues here, with refresh rate and colour temperature issues re screens constituting only part of the problem.
“A Cherokee elder was teaching his young grandson about life.
"A fight is going on inside me," he said to the boy. "It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil- he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, self-doubt and ego.
The other is good- he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.
This same fight is going on inside you—and inside every other person, too."
The boy thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather,
"Which wolf will win?"
The elder simply replied,
"The one you feed.”

@NationCymru Excellebt news. Definitely the way to go!
16 and 17 year olds given the right to vote in council elections in Wales. https://nation.cymru/news/16-and-17-year-olds-given-the-right-to-vote-in-council-elections-in-wales/
Unfortunately, today's #Covid19Cymru case figures seem to confirm my suspicion yesterday that the figures were artificially low. They're back up today. Looking at the green 7-day average line in the chart, it's still unclear which direction we're heading post-lockdown.
It's premature to claim that Wales' lockdown was a success;
1/2
At worst, it might have only stalled the progress of the outbreak for a month (the 2 weeks of lockdown, plus 2 weeks to go back up again - which is quite possible yet).
1048 new cases today
7-day average 907 - UP 26
Deaths, which are still going down as a result of lockdown (mean time to death is around 3 weeks from infection), are down. 23 today takes the 7-day average down 1.57 to 23.57.
Ceredigion cases 7, but that leaves the 7-day average around 10.

Good news for Canada! Canada proposes new privacy bill that allows Canadians to force companies to destroy all data they’ve collected about them. Sounds a bit like the GDPR has traveled across the Atlantic. 😀👇

Today's #Covid19Cymru figures are good news. 7-day averages are down for both deaths and cases. We'd expect deaths to be dropping now (it reflects the lockdown still), but to see cases dropping, 9 days after the end of lockdown, is very good
- although it's not been an even fall for the past few days. So I am far from confident that this is not just a problem with the data (though if it were, PHW should have said so here: http://covid19-phwstatement.nhs.wales/).
7-day average down 41 to 881.
