#LochArkaig #OspreyCam: Live #Webcam - Woodland Trust

It’s rare now to see three members of the #osprey family together. I can’t tell which is which now and whether there are still four members in the family. I also like this #capture because it catches the #sunset.

@ifixcoinops The other big effect is computer software being copyrightable. In the 1970s, no one knew if computer code could be copyrighted, but in the 1980s that became an issue. The courts looked back at the player piano situation: a player piano roll isn't that different than punch cards for a computer, a set of instructions for a machine to follow. And if a player piano roll falls under the 1909 copyright law, so does computer code.

So all software licensing also comes out of player pianos.

I got some of my #photographs printed out on proper photographic paper and the results are spectacular. The #colours are so sharp and the #images are crisp. My laptop monitor is #HD standard but, at full resolution, these pictures are so much better. But there is little point in showing them on an image as it would be impossible to show the quality.

Privatised water firms are screwing us over & compounding #ClimateCrisis. £72bn dividends for shareholders - rest of us get water leaks, under-investment & raw sewage. If now's not time to bring water back into public hands, when is?

#BorisJohnson has got a lot of time on his hands at the moment. Why isn’t he spending at least some of it in Ukraine as he was recently? What’s that? He actually didn’t care about the Russian invasion or the people of Ukraine and just did it for political popularity back home?
