@trinsec I was Brisbane, QLD so Bangkok is 3 hours behind. 4a.m. is 7.a.m. for my body. The hubs and son are still sleeping so just me that is taking longer to adjust.
@jellycrystals 3 hours, that's not too bad. Plus up early, so definitely not too bad. :D You'll get accustomed to the new time soon enough!
