what is 'impossible' to build using web components and a serverless backend?

Format a disk and install an OS.
Rescue files from a corrupt disk.
Non-linear video editor.
Video player supporting all the formats VLC supports with good performance.
Run a local web server.
Local process viewer.
Some of these may be possible with web USB support, IDK. Others are performance killers. The last two, I don't think are possible for security reasons.
