@Naich
I recommend updating your HTML/CSS first. Many things we used to do in JS are better done now without it (most of animations, many interactions, modals...). And much faster, too.
For replacing jQuery, you can use vanilla JS; it's really, really nice now. Going further, libraries as Alpine can speed your work.
If you want to do something fancier, I recommend Vue. All the power, but easier than React or Angular, and more flexible, from only enhancing HTML with no transpiling to full-blown SPAs with Node, NPM, and all the whistles you may want to avoid at first.

Ordinary mail, street lamps, school boards, leaflets in mail boxes...

Shout out to the MDN (Mozilla Developer Network) team for the work they've done and continue to do documenting and educating on #webdev and web tech.

The go-to authoritative source for decades. From "I want to learn web dev from scratch" to "I've made websites for decades and still reference this daily".

Kudos.

Yeah, I would love to, but the only messages Mastodon lets me delete & redraft are mine!

@ct_bergstrom
1) You are entitled to write about whatever fancies you, and we are free to decide if we read it or not, or if we continue following you. Like everybody else.
2) Well, it seems at Mastodon content warnings are used for many things, even topics far from controversial or disgusting. Dunno. I'm still learning the rules here.
3) is good, would help people interested in GPT3 to find your tooths, and people uninterested to avoid it. A nice thing to do.
4) I think you can't silence it; this is too big. If it is evil, it must stopped now, so people must know; if it doesn't, no reason to stop talking about it.

I use Vivaldi browser’s client on desktop and Flym on Android. I use Pocket too (not really RSS, but complements it nicely).

Nice of them to let us have something they don't have use for anymore.

@blissy

@DavidRamirezRos

@garyackerman
I NEED NO DIRECTIONS, I PARK THERE EVERY DAMN DAY.
