Can't believe I'm talking about the usage of Limewire in 2024 :kek:

(To anyone that doesn't know, someone relaunched LimeWire as an AI art venture mixed with crypto)

@BeAware LimeWire has a good upscaler that zooms 4x very well, but you won't see it because Mastodon compresses to 1280px. I don't give a shit about cryptocurrency, just for some unknown reason I was given a yearly plan with 1000 credits per month - it's a sin not to use it ;-).

P.S. Well, I can make pictures there in "vector" style better than in other services.

@johan Nice! Yeah I'd use it too if I was gifted a sub. Otherwise I'm sticking to Midjourney because I pay for that myself🤷‍♂️

@BeAware IMHO, DALLE3 is already superior to Midjourney in many cases.

@johan in SOME cases, yeah, but not in ways that I use it. Text, for example, is better in DALLE3.

Midjourney has the ability to make wide pics that I can then upscale to 1440P for Wallpapers, which is usually what I'm using it for. Everything else is just "playing around" to me.🤷‍♂️

It see it's advantages, they're just not something I'd take advantage of, for the most part.

@expert That's what isn't there :-( I can't even see edited versions of other people's posts. This, of course, is a definite disadvantage.
