Biked over 50 km on my Gazelle today 💪
I know it does not sound like to much for some people, especially on an ebike, and some folks even run that for fun, but I have not sat on a bike between the ages of 12 and 35, so it's a lot for me ...!
(Also managed to learn how to transport bikes on Dutch trains. Another major win.)
@vicgrinberg I just got a gazelle and I'm loving it! I've not been able to ride particularly far yet due to surgery issues, but I'll be riding it to and from work once the semester starts! Good job fellow bike buddy 💪 (bro? benefactor? pick an alliterative "b" word of your choice, lol)!
@vicgrinberg The Dutch really excel at commuter bikes (and bikes in general), but I'm glad I got an ebike due to the hills in my area, as there's no way my prior beater bike's crappy gearing would let me get up the hills, but this makes it much more manageable.

@johnabs it's an amazing commuter bike! Super comfortable! Definitely not something for hills, especially steep ones (this is the Southern German speaking 😅), but the best thing for all the places (mostly) flat like the Netherlands.
Hope your surgery issues get better soon and that you can enjoy yours!
