#Introduction
I am a Biologist currently finishing my PhD in the Piotrowski lab at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research, Kansas City, USA. My thesis project focuses on how #zebrafish lateral line systems adapt to different salinities and pH.

I am fascinated by how cells decide what to become and how these decisions can be shaped by the environment these cells are in.

I am also a #mitochondria enthusiast and I am particularly interested in connecting #metabolism with cell fate.
