@Olm_e @magnus919 To me, the #metaverse must be #federated: Multiple server, not one Frontend software but many. The real definition is the API: It must support: Teleport to another place (server) and take my #avatar with me. And other personal items stay accessible.
There should be creativity: Create new objects, copy and gift them ...
As the #frontend should be #opensouce, an #nft can easily bypassed and is only useful for suing you if you copy a Nike shoe 3D-mesh.

Hi! NeosVR is almost what you described.
It supports: teleportation to another server (and taking your avatar with you together with personal items), object creation (both 3D modeling and programming with a visual scripting language while inside VR), they did have some problems with crypto bros but that is currently getting ironed out (I hope). It is not open source, currently.

@magnus919 @Olm_e @karlo Is there a standard for that „taking to another server“? An API from the W3C? Not yet, hm? Could you teleport to other frontends? Would you talk with the other #metaverse „browser“ companies to enable it?
