I still have no clue how I can present solutions in multiple languages if I wish to do so.

现代意义上的国家政府，都是因为公民让渡了一部分权利才得以构成的。政府的公权力只能来自于公民权利的合法出让，因此也必须受到公民的制约。这是现代社会里公民头脑中必须有的意识。人生天地间，生来便拥有人权，人权高于一切权力，更不必说高于一切狗屁政府。公民的权利来自人权，人权天赋，并不是由任何政府、统治者赋予的。而长期以来CCP宣传中的“老百姓”、“社会主义建设的螺丝钉”就是在掩盖他们统治下人民的公民身份，从而便于他们剥夺中国人民的人权。这种洗脑教育显然行之有效，人民条件反射般地形成了对政府“感恩”的思想回路。仔细想想，在夺取大陆政权之前，CCP许诺的民主选举、多党执政到现在一条都没有实现。即便是他们自己写在宪法里的公民的言论、出版、集会、信仰自由这些基本公民权利在简中社会也根本不存在。这样一个政权，归根结底就不合法应该滚蛋。从1949年到现在，这个政府一直就是靠侵犯人权，压榨人民劳动剩余价值得以延续。所谓改革开放，不过是在他们自我认识到如果经济崩溃自己的统治也要玩完时一种续命手段而已。不要因为曾经被铁拳打的奄奄一息，而后来铁拳锤得没那么狠了就感恩戴德心生欢喜。正常的生活应该是没有铁拳的。

@selvin I prefer Derived for complex commands because I get structs out for free, and prefer Builder for simple commands with only a couple arguments.

Progress on #OpenFX #Rust plugin: I managed to get the ofx crate example to compile and work after changing a few things to make the crate up to date with more recent Rust code. Next thing on my todo list is to write a new version of the plugin to make sure I actually understand how to write OFX plugins.

The longest continously operating atmospheric carbon dioxide monitor has been knocked offline after the eruption of Mauna Loa 🌋 destroyed the power lines (and possibly also the road) supporting the Mauna Loa Observatory.
The world now has many carbon dioxide monitors, so this is no great loss to science, but it is a bit sad that a measurement time series that has run for more than 60 years will be interrupted, possibly for months.

@ibagail It's relatively simple to setup Rust on Windows with https://rustup.rs/
What may surprise you is that the rustup by default installs the MSVC version which requires you to install Visual Studio toolchain. If you install the GNU version you will be able to run it from command line without Visual Studio.
After installing with rustup, you can run `cargo new --bin directoryname` to make a new project directory pre-populated with boilerplates for a hello world binary. Your main source code file is `src/main.rs`.
If you want to add more source files, create a new file under `src` like `src/util.rs`, and add `mod util;` in `src/main.rs` to use its contents. If you see an error for structs and fns not found, make sure you have prepended `pub` to them in `src/util.rs`.
