I’m shocked and pleased to find that Mastodon already has consistently interesting and thoughtful posts on it. When I dip a toe into birdsite it’s 100% “CHECK OUT WHAT’S TRENDING WITH NEO-NAZIS” and shit.

My only complaint is we don’t have a cute word like “tweet” for what a post is called.
