@RALee85 So far, the source is Russian. Helicopters seem indeed to have hit the tankers, but are we sure it's not a false flag to accuse Ukraine of "endangering the sovereignty of the RF"? Personally,I would wait for official Ukraine confirmation before looking into historical precedents.
