So how is the region lock going to function for iOS sideloading? Is it tied to the region your Apple ID is associated with or is it something else?
@mike I'm very curious if it'll actually happen… but it seems like it's inevitable at this point. We all just might need to find friends in the EU to buy us gift cards with 😝
@levisan I’m hoping there’s a relatively easy way for people outside of Europe to install these app marketplaces.
If it’s tied to your Apple ID’s region, I *think* it would be relatively easy — setup a new Apple ID with a bogus address and use gift cards to fund it.
