@chrisnelder I am afraid I don’t buy in his sudden outburst of good will. He knows OpenAI had its hour of glory but that they are going to fall behind as legions of open source models appear that do better than theirs. Then who can better navigate complex government regulations? A large company like him, or small developers?

@chrisnelder But whatever are his intentions, yes, this technology must be regulated. But care should be given then not to entrench a sweeping advantage for the big players.
