Seeking advice on good ways to make 2FA work for organisational accounts (e.g. Zoom, Google) - any tips on how to get around codes being sent to the personal phone of a colleague in a different country and who may be in a meeting (or not avaialble at all if time zone or other differences mean they work at different times from you)?

@ljw 'Code in sms text' is horrible Especially with people changing numbers, switching sim cards, etc. That's how the crooks get in. You need Google Authenticator (equivalent) or the little usb security keys.
