When I go looking for an entry in a database and find duplicate records with and without the definite article... ow. Having to resist the urge to tidy this up!

@ljw @petrichor I like good metadata and consistency, but it seems the Press itself sometimes uses the article and sometimes doesn't - I believe it should be there though...
