永爱pulled pork的一生……虽然说是直接放烤箱烤就可以，但是比起整个放下去的话用油纸包起来200°C 25min真的会更多汁…但是可能会被说丧失了烧烤的那种焦焦风味

@chestnut 是的是的！感觉超市里面pulled xxx半成品很多，除了猪肉还有鸡肉和牛肉！都很好吃！回家烤一会然后稍微用叉子扒拉开就好了（很容易，但是如果不喜欢扒拉开的也可以直接吃
