After further analysis of the widget bug I discussed on the latest Under the Radar I've discovered that the bug was actually only affecting 17.2b1, not 17.1. A testing device I thought was on the 17.1GM, was quietly on the Public Beta program.
Which makes me feel much better about my process for catching bugs. It wasn’t missed the whole 17.1 beta cycle, it was new in 17.1 Beta 1. The urgency for fixing the bug is still huge, as everyone on the iOS Beta program would hit it, but it feels better.
@_Davidsmith Now I'm curious if it has been fixed in subsequent 17.2 betas, or will be.
