The IT service at my university doesn’t know what a virtual machine is and recommend against every student buying a m1 Mac because you couldn’t dual boot it yet #facepalm

By the way, I have electron as much as you do, but JavaScript isn’t electron. I run great web apps on my Mac with WebKit Safari everyday and I have no problem. I do encounter some problems with electron apps like discord.

Maybe your problem is Chrome, I would switch to another browser if I were you.

on another note, caitlyn jenner is trash. She should not be viewed as a trans model, she is portraying trans people in a bad way, especially when she supports trans bans in school sports.

maybe the problem with trans kids playing sports isn't that they might have an advantage (they don't), but that we as a society put so much value in being the better than other at something that should be about fun and play at least for children.

But this summer I’ll go back at ,y student job in this web company, and I know keeping up with all the tab will be harder than when I was browsing for school and entertainment/ project purpose, which is why I will use Vivaldi instead of chrome this summer.

Par contre, le modèle d’affaire de Facebook, le même qu’il essaie de peindre comme « aidant les petites entreprises » à complètement asséché l’écosystème médiatique du Québec. Facebook se calisse des petits joueurs, ils se calissent des conséquences de ce qu’ils font, ils veulent juste se faire du cash sur le dos de vos données personnelles, en les vendant à des compagnies qui peuvent s’en servir pour vous barrer l’accès à des assurances, pour vous charger plus cher pour des choses que vous voulez, ou pour vendre vos données politiques à des organisations politiques qui vont essayer de vous manipuler.
