Eg. Unsolicited sexualization of individual is wrong. Places like Hooters, chip n sale shows and general strip bars market off sexualization, but is inheritantly soliciting such. In common place, this would not be appropriate and rude.
I'm assuming all the individuals listed had no reason or pretext to facilitate such behavior from occurring, and assume that this the detailed behavior was out of place.
@lucifargundam I sort of get what you mean. Personally even if I were to go to a hooters (I wouldn’t. Not that type of guy), I wouldn’t make those comments either but that’s just me but I get it would be socially acceptable to say those things I suppose.
Here’s the full context I guess:
A group of us went swimming in what I’d call a small lake or something. Me and the dude in question didn’t swim so we were just chatting and throwing a ball back and forth when the girl came out of the water. He approaches her and starts chatting her up as I stand awkwardly to the side.
Then when she left, wading back into the water, in her bikini, he goes “man she is SMOKIN!” and it’s like sure, I get that. but I would never say such a thing. I don’t like to, and I don’t think it’s right to talk about women this way - especially when they’re like 10m away.

With that context, it makes more sense- I would still try to keep an open mind though to other factors. Did they arrange a date(for ex.)? Is that kind of behavior normal for him and/or her? Etc etc.
Assuming you know enough about everything at play, I totally side with you on that.
I also don't understand what you're asking.
Where: are you asking where did this happen?
What: what do you mean "what"?
Why: the guy what he said cuz she's attractive?
