@lucifargundam also the 4790 is overclocked to 4.14Ghz and the RX 580 is doing 1500/2150Mhz, with assorted memory timing tweaks.

Have you tried running it with "steam --debug"? I think I got the syntax right...

Proton-6.1-GE-1 seems to have improved it by about 30% though, so that's nice.

There's no reason for it to run at anything under 60 FPS on hardware like this, but it's getting a disappointingly stable 30 FPS.
I'll admit it's an improvement from the 15FPS stuttery mess it was on release, though.
