Supposedly there are call centers in the US. However, I do not know the location of any.

That is actually what most Americans believe to be the case when they call for 'technical support' . This is the topic for such media as tv show Outsourced https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outsourced_%28TV_series%29 . I've yet to watch it- but hear it is funny.
@lucifargundam I don't know what the situation is in the U.S., but it could be a foreign country where English is spoken fluently.
