Stereotypically psychopaths are killers- however that isn't always the case. What is consistent is that psychopaths are not mentally balanced enough to maintain the same normal life as those who are not diagnosed. This last observation has been the prelude to many people speculating what designates a psychosis and what is simply a biproduct of a more mortal condition.
