I take it you don't throw parities in your head?
They don't play loud music and talk real loud so that make the neighbors call the cops bang on the door?
You find yourself saying "ssssh sssh!! Be quiet" and hope the cops leave?
But then the cops don't and say "sir, we can see you hiding behind that bench!"
Then you snicker to your guests because they all think the cops are drunk cuz who brings a bench at a Houseparty?

Sounds more like uninvited guests. Similar to intrusive thoughts.
