God created money when he made Adam and Eve - that's how they were able to pay rent for their teepee in Eden.

Then when man was smart enough to harvest electricity from lightening(Benjamin Franklin), he used it to create the Internet which allowed the Americans to warn each other the British were coming.

And that's how the Internet and money came to be from someone whose mental faculties never surpassed grade school.
