Didn't want to cook, so I baked some baked potato in the microwave.

@lucifargundam Potatoe in the microwave is one of the best achievements of my life. Potatoes. Boil them. Mash them. Stick them in a stew!
When i found out potatoes taste just as good from the microwave, i was so thrilled!
Love cooking, but sometimes easy can be good.

@admitsWrongIfProven @lucifargundam now try corn on the cob in the microwave. Snap off the stem (so it will fit in the microwave), trim the silk end with scissors, peel off any loose leaves, and microwave for 3 minutes per ear. Careful opening it because it's steamy inside!

@Grandtheftautism @lucifargundam I am thinking you might be trying to blow up my microwave! Kudos to you if that is true, will consider again after a good piece of sleep.

@admitsWrongIfProven @lucifargundam it won't explode---the ear of corn is open on the silk end, so steam can escape (unlike an egg). It does get mighty hot in there though, so watch your fingers when you're peeling it.

@admitsWrongIfProven
Yeah, even though I can cook via oven- I've been focused more on microwave because I know other people may not feel comfortable using a stove or oven. Also gas price is high ATM.

Future microwave experiments to come!!!

@lucifargundam If coocking yourself is more expensive than read made mals, we lost. No shame in loosing, there are no-win scenarios.

@admitsWrongIfProven
Home cooked is often cheaper and healthier than fastfood.

Propane is more expensive than electricity.

@lucifargundam Pro-pain and propane accessories... in europe, we commonly cook on electrical stoves. Now that i think of it, all the movie stove explosions i have seen have been from american movies. What are you doing over there? Please be safe...
