Go to haveibeenpwned.com and enter your email. If you see a site on that list, CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD to a new one.

Such things won't help as much as getting people into a mindset of constant concern for security, rather than being apathetic.
@obi @lucifargundam I know someone whose uses their cat's name as their password. Getting THAT person to change their passwords to something unique would really make me feel better!
