I remember rpm tools like that as way back as like the early 2000s ... never tried any of them though.

Finishing anything... is difficult when then are new shiny things around the corner.
It's weird how as a kid I loved the old Sierra games and wanted to eventually do games. I even had a DirectX book in university and made it to chapter 4. But (thankfully) I never got into game design (I heard that industry is insane ... underpaid but weirdly rewarding if you get on a good title?) Besides the old BASIC games in the 90s that you typed in from the back of a book, the only real game I ever made was pong ... in Java ... with really broken collision detection ... I wonder if I still have that anywhere
