The only raises we get are with new job titles :/ which doesn't happen as often as people want...

My job title has changed three times since starting here, all came with more responsibility but not more money. Here they are set on yearly review and raise.

My line is CNC in the label making filed. As long as people keep drinking and smoking cannabis we'll stay relevant. We also make medical supplies but liquor and smoke labels are a bit market now.

I'm critical to international infrastructure that is implemented into both private and public markets. Because of this, my company also makes a lot of money quietly sueing other companies for RnD products it keeps shelved.

You should definitely be getting a raise then! I do a fair amount of international work, mainly Latin and South America.

Pretty much every year except for 2009 to 2011 when the economy took a big hit and they were not doing any reviews or raises at all. Luckily it hasn't gone south far enough where they've stopped raises now.
